In order for us to be successful when presenting you to our client companies, we ask that you provide us with any and all relevant information about yourself, your work history and your position requirements. It is imperative we have all the facts in order to find you the most suitable and lasting position. We strive to provide our candidates with up-to-date, honest, relevant information. In return, we expect the same level of honesty and disclosure from the candidates we represent.
4. Often times candidates do not realize how important it is for them to track where their resume's are presented. We strongly recommend that you keep detailed information of what client companies you have been presented to and for what positions. Please note that we CAN NOT submit your resume to a client company once you or another recruitment firm has submitted it. Client companies utilize resume tracking systems in order to control and track candidate submittals, so it is important that you are aware of where your resume has been submitted and share that information with us. It is important to avoid dual submittals as it only wastes your time and our time.
